Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items. Tumblers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-custom items (excluding tumblers) may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Tumbler Care & Use Disclaimer

All tumblers are handmade and sealed for durability; however, proper care is required to maintain their appearance and longevity.
